Firmpaw Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to love your Firmpaw experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, risk-free return and refund process.
100-Day Risk-Free Trial
We proudly offer a 100-day return window from the date of delivery. Try your Firmpaw seat cover, and if it’s not a perfect fit for your car or your dog, send it back.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be returned within 100 days of delivery.

The product must be clean and in good condition (no excessive wear, damage, or alterations).

All parts (straps, buckles, accessories) must be included.
If the item is damaged or missing components not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@firmpaw.com
with your order number and reason for return. -
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Package your item securely and ship it back. A tracking number is strongly recommended.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
We’re happy to offer return labels in certain regions—please contact us to check eligibility.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
If you used a gift card or discount code, the refunded amount will exclude those values, unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items returned after 100 days

Products showing signs of misuse, heavy damage, or modification

Final sale or customized items (unless defective)
Exchanges
Need a replacement due to sizing or damage? Reach out at contact@firmpaw.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos or a short video showing the issue
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us at contact@firmpaw.com. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return.
