We cover all applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees for international orders, so you won’t receive surprise charges on delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-day risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied with your seat cover, you may return it for a full refund.
Returned items must be in good condition and sent back in original or equivalent packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@firmpaw.com with your order number.

6. Warranty

All Firmpaw seat covers come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos and order details.

7. Gift Packaging

We currently do not offer official gift packaging, but it is planned in the near future. Feel free to reach out after your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

8. User Conduct
