At FirmPaw, we believe rugged protection should come with total peace of mind. Our dog car seat covers are designed to handle claws, spills, fur, and real-life adventures. That’s why we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all eligible products.

This warranty ensures that your cover performs at the highest standard — with protection you can trust for years to come.

SECTION 1: WHAT’S COVERED

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Defective straps, buckles, anchors, or seatbelt openings
  • Torn seams or stitching under normal use
  • Material delamination or structural breakdown
  • Broken zippers or velcro failure due to defect
  • Waterproof lining failure due to manufacturing issues

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims at our discretion. If your exact model is unavailable, we’ll send a comparable replacement (style or color may differ).

One replacement per order — once a product has been repaired or replaced, it is no longer eligible for future claims.

SECTION 2: HOW TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY

To be eligible, you must register your product within 30 days of receiving it.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your warranty is approved and registered in our system.

SECTION 3: WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (fading, scratches, scuffs, shedding, or odor)
  • Damage caused by aggressive chewing, digging, or deliberate tearing
  • Stains from permanent substances (e.g. ink, dye, bleach)
  • Normal wear and tear due to daily use over time
  • Improper washing, storage, or care
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage from third-party installation, repairs, or use

SECTION 4: WHO IS ELIGIBLE

  • You must be the original purchaser or gift recipient
  • Product must be purchased from firmpaw.com or an authorized seller
  • You must have registered the product within 30 days of delivery

Unregistered products are not covered under this warranty.

SECTION 5: HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

If your product is registered and shows signs of defect, follow these steps:

  1. Email contact@firmpaw.com
  2. Include:
    – Your order number
    – Clear photos or videos of the defect
    – A short explanation of what happened
  3. Wait for our team to respond (within 7–10 business days)

Please do not ship anything back without written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned at your expense.

SECTION 6: WARRANTY OUTCOME OPTIONS

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Product repair (when possible)
  • Replacement of the same or similar model
  • Partial refund or store credit if no replacement is available
  • Discount toward your next purchase
  • Reimbursement for local repair (up to $25 USD with approval)

SECTION 7: COST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You cover the shipping cost to us
  • We cover return shipping if your claim is approved
  • If denied, you may be responsible for return shipping + inspection fee (up to $20 USD)

SECTION 8: PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard processing time: 3–4 weeks
  • During peak periods: 6–8 weeks

SECTION 9: FRAUD OR ABUSE

We take warranty integrity seriously. Fraudulent claims will result in:

  • Warranty voided immediately
  • Permanent ban from warranty coverage
  • No refunds, replacements, or service

SECTION 10: WARRANTY LENGTH – “Lifetime” Defined

“Lifetime” means the expected lifespan of the product — defined as 10 years from the original purchase date under normal conditions.

Claims made after 10 years will not be honored. Please keep your proof of purchase for verification.
